Summer approaches therapy with a holistic, client-centered, and strength-based approach to promote each person’s sense of feeling accepted and heard, rather than feeling analyzed and diagnosed. Summer’s approach blends the mind, body, and spirit with evidence-based modalities, including Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy techniques.
